Event Details
This session will provide information about the Opioid Public Health Crisis for 90 minutes. As part of the evaluation\, at the end of the webinar\, we would like to ask you to complete a short survey to help us with the enhancement of our programming\, in order to increase participants’ satisfaction\, skill achievement\, and motivation to implement practices at the end of the webinar. This project is funded by SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) under the Rural Opioid Technical Assistance (ROTA) program (grant # H79TI082561).
You will receive an email invitation to complete a voluntary online survey that will include four questions about your overall satisfaction with the event. For more information about the project and what your participation will entail\, click here. Your answers are confidential and your individual answers will not be linked to your identity. You may choose not to take part at all. If you decide to participate in this program\, you may stop participating at any time. If you decide not to participate in this study or if you stop participating at any time\, you will not be penalized or lose any benefits to which you otherwise qualify.
By providing us with your feedback\, UME will be better able to provide educational programs and services that meet your needs. This project has been approved by the UMD IRB office #1494844. Thank you in advance for your support!
